Opening at the Jordan National Gallery of Fine Arts, an exhibition entitled "Open City: Refuge Urbanism" on 18 July 2010.

This exhibition was also part of last year’s fourth International Architecture Biennale in Rotterdam. As part of the Diwan Initiative, several publications were created for this show in the form of newspapers, which were exhibited both at the Biennale and in several Middle Eastern cities. The photographs and texts on show in Refuge Urbanism present the evolution and lifestyle of urban cities in the Middle East from Istanbul, to Beirut, Amman, Cairo and Dubai.

The exhibition will run through 18 August 2010.
